Draft. This page is placeholder content and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch. DebugSol is not providing legal advice here.

We welcome reports of security issues in our own website and systems. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please tell us before disclosing it publicly, and give us reasonable time to fix it.

How to report

Email [email protected] with steps to reproduce and any supporting evidence. Please don't access, modify or delete data that isn't yours, and don't run tests that degrade our services.

What we promise

We'll acknowledge your report, keep you updated on the fix, and credit you if you'd like. We won't pursue action against good-faith research that follows this policy.

A note for our clients

Testing of client systems is always performed under signed written authorisation and the scope agreed with that client.
